The Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari, Italian institute of the International Organisation “Centre International de Hautes Études Agronomiques Méditerranéennes” (CIHEAM), with legal and operational headquarters in Italy in Via Ceglie n.9, Valenzano (BA), fiscal code 93047470724, is launching a call for tenders for the supply and delivery of agricultural machinery in the framework of the Project “Enhancing Farming Employment of migrants in Fezzan (EFEF Phase II)” funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Sebha (Libya) through the Migration Fund. The supply of agricultural machinery shall be as per number and technical specifications stated in the tender dossier. Only legal persons (companies) are eligible.

The negotiation/s will be carried out with the tenderer that will score the highest number of points. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract without negotiation on the basis of the initial offer. The contract includes only 1 lot. The tenderer must submit a bid for the entire lot comprising supply and delivery of the concerned agricultural machinery to the Municipality of Sebha. An offer for part of the lot is inadmissible.
