The main objective of the Programme RSSD 2 is to foster a more inclusive social and economic environment and stability in the Region”, the Sub-Action aims to contribute to the creation of alternative livelihoods opportunities for local communities, returnees, migrants, refugees, IDPs; and to support business development infrastructure, develop tools, and train staff on local agricultural development.
