The initiative aims to enhance the capacities of the Libyan Ministry of Marine Wealth, through high level Training of Trainers (officials/researchers), first support to planning and programming capacities of its technicians. The project allow to enhance planning and programming capacities with regard to Libyan aquaculture, small scale fishery, sustainable coastal management and seafood marketing and establish bilateral relationships between Italian and Libyan stakeholders in the concerned domain.
