This initiative aimed to contribute to improving the living conditions of the people of Fezzan by improving their incomes, better management of natural resources, and creation of new jobs. It stemmed from the need to better direct cooperation initiatives in Fezzan with regard to three fundamental sectors: energy, water, and work in the agri-food sector.All activities linked with institution and strengthening a mechanism for coordinating interventions on labour, water resources, electricity, and renewable energies (Result 1) and the pre-feasibility study for the rehabilitation of Sebha pasta factory (Result 2), were successfully implemented.
