The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and CIHEAM Bari are pleased to announce the event “DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION, GIVING RESULTS A VALUE: THE SYRIA CASE”, scheduled to take place on 21st of October 2021, 10.30-12.30 CET, at Sala Capranichetta (Piazza di Monte Citorio, 125). On-line streaming will also be available.
The event, which is also part of the Sustainable Development Festival, promoted by the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development, is intended to be a high-level discussion on the social impact assessment and change measurement approaches in development cooperation, with the view to uncap new models of programming and implementing, with particular focus on protracted crises.
The discussion will be triggered by CIHEAM Bari and Open Impact experience on the field in the Programme “Agriculture and Livestock Support for Syrian People", funded by the Italian Cooperation and ongoing since 2015 (for further information, please see the web site https://syriabuildingresilience.org).
Please note that registration is mandatory for attending the event both in presence and on-line. Due to the limited number of seats at Sala Capranichetta, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail to those who have opted for in-presence participation. Please note that holding a Covid-19 Green Pass is mandatory to access the conference room as established by the Law Decree n.227 of 21-09-2021.
